Insights Discovery Training in Florida
When a team stops saying what it actually thinks, everything slows down. Meetings get careful. Feedback stops. Good people quietly disengage. Insights Discovery® gives Florida teams a shared, plain-language way to talk about how they work, so the hard conversations get easier instead of avoided.
Your Florida facilitator is Kristen Theisen, CFRE, a Licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner with Fuse - Igniting Communication.

WHY TEAMS CHOOSE KRISTEN
Insights Discovery for all teams, especially nonprofits and boards.
Most Insights Discovery practitioners come out of corporate learning and development. Kristen came from the fund development side of the nonprofit world. She has sat in the development director's chair, run the campaign, navigated the board relationship, and juggled the committee needs. She facilitates a nonprofit team's communication challenges as someone who has lived them, not as a visitor.
"One of the biggest benefits of working with Kristen is that, from a nonprofit lens, you don't have to explain your mission or industry to exhaustion. She already gets it. She has a pulse on the challenges, the heart, and the urgency behind the work."
Ana McClendon, then Director of Outreach
Early Learning Coalition of Sarasota County

Attorneys, insurance firms, accounting practices, and HOA and community association management. Client-facing communication, partner group dynamics, and the board relationships that come with association work.
Hospitality and tourism
Resorts, clubs, attractions, and the seasonal workforce that runs them. Onboarding at speed, guest-facing communication, and supervisors promoted for competence rather than training.
Real estate, development, and construction
Developers, property management, and the trades. Field-to-office communication, subcontractor coordination, and generational handover in family-held firms.
Financial services
Wealth management, banking, and advisory practices. Client conversations, team dynamics inside advisory groups, and succession in practices built around a founder.
WHAT INSIGHTS DISCOVERY IS
A shared language for how people work.
Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool built on Carl Jung's work. Each person completes a short online evaluator and receives a personal profile built around four color energies. The point is not to label anyone. The point is that a team ends up with one vocabulary for describing preferences, and a way to flex into the styles that do not come naturally.
Cool Blue
Analytical and precise. Values accuracy, evidence, and time to think before deciding.
Earth Green
Supportive and people-focused. Values harmony, relationships, and decisions the team can live with.
Sunshine Yellow
Enthusiastic and expressive. Values momentum, possibility, and thinking out loud with others.
Fiery Red
Direct and decisive. Values results, clarity, and getting to the point without detours.
Everyone uses all four. What differs is the order and the effort each one takes. The Team Wheel maps the whole group in one picture, which is usually the moment the room goes quiet, because people can suddenly see why one conversation is effortless and another is not.

HOW SESSIONS RUN
In person across the Gulf Coast, virtual anywhere in Florida.

Engaging, interactive, face-to-face sessions hosted at your selected venue. Travel within a two-hour drive of Bradenton is included, covering Southwest Florida from Naples to Tampa Bay. Sessions further afield in Florida are arranged when travel costs are covered.
MOST REQUESTED
Virtual instructor-led training

"One of the biggest benefits of working with Kristen is that, from a nonprofit lens, you don't have to explain your mission or industry to exhaustion. She already gets it. She has a pulse on the challenges, the heart, and the urgency behind the work."
Ana McClendon, then Director of Outreach
Early Learning Coalition of Sarasota County
"The results of that Insights Discovery survey are certainly eye opening, but on the other hand, they read me like a book. The possible weaknesses are spot on and the key strengths about made me cry. Yes to all of those, and pointing them out to me made me weak in the knees. I feel like I want to print this out and hand it out to people and say, here, this is me."
