Listen and Respond: Inclusive Communication Techniques

In support of this year’s theme #InspireInclusion, we’re offering attendees the chance to learn one of our communications techniques: using active listening to respond effectively, even in high-stakes situations.   

At the core of this learning is respect for the listener and regardless of age, gender, race or any other tick-box – these tools will help create space for clearer and kinder communication in and out of the office.

o Maintain control when entering a confidential zone or area with limited knowledge. 

o How to genuinely acknowledge the question and the person.
