Insights® Discovery Express Workshop

The Insights Discovery methodology uses a memorable four-color model to help people understand their social style, strengths, and value to their team. We call these behavioral preferences "color energies". It is the unique mix of how much someone prefers using Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, or Cool Blue styles, which determines how and why people behave the way they do and their impact on others.

It is more important than ever to collaborate with others. In this Insights® Discovery workshop, you will: 

• Identify how your communication style impacts others

• Build a greater understanding of yourself, work partners, friends, and family

• Practice communication approaches that help foster collaboration where there was previously conflict

• Learn techniques to develop productive and positive relationships, even across virtual boundaries
