Stakeholder Engagement Full AI Simulation Workshop - Nov. 3 & 4 - 8:30AM-12:45PM MT both days

The workshop is held from 8:30 am - 12:45 pm MT (10:30 am - 2:45 pm ET) on both Wed, Nov. 3 & Thurs, Nov. 4.*

In this two half-day workshop, participants compete in a gamified learning environment, using artificial intelligence simulation technology to simulate three months of project relationship management experience. Live instructor-led discussions guide how to prioritize and engage project stakeholders, influence, and build consensus to achieve your desired outcomes.

Participants learn how to:

• Cultivate strong relationship and project management skills
• Prioritize and engage partners and challengers
• Influence to gain support for new programs and processes

Beneficial for anyone who wants to engage and influence partners

• ​Employees of all levels who need to build consensus with internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals
• ​Those who manage or sponsor projects, who must prioritize stakeholder communication

This workshop includes: 

• 8.5-hours of live instructor-led training (4.25 hours per day) 
• Group discussions with participants from a wide variety of industries
• Toolkit of templates to transfer workshops skills back to your workplace 
• AI software licensing fee

*If you are attending one session, attendance at the other is mandatory.  Attending only one of the two is NOT an option.
